The Prayz Network signed on the air in June 2011 with WTPN, 103.9fm in Westby, WI, and translator 97.7 fm in La Crosse. We are currently in the process of building a third tower site, which will take our signal into the Black River Falls, Tomah, Fort McCoy and Sparta areas. We invite you to prayerfully consider joining us as we endeavor to reach this area and beyond for Jesus Christ!
Meet the Staff
Jeff Ozanne
General Manager
Jeff was ordained in 1989 through Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa, California, where he served as Associate Pastor, overseeing the Drug and Alcohol and New Believers ministries. Jeff later oversaw construction and operation of the Calvary Chapel Radio Ministry regional network in North Carolina, Virginia and New Jersey. Jeff has also worked as a Corporate Pilot for the past 30 years. In August 2010, Jeff and his family moved to Wisconsin to build the Prayz Network. He is excited to be part of the work God is doing in this area, and to bring solid Bible teaching and good Christian music to our listeners 24 hours a day!
Darla Ozanne
Program Director & Announcer
Darla has worked in broadcasting for 20 years as a radio News Reporter, News Director, Engineer, TV Talk Show Producer and Host. Most recently, from 2003-2010, she was Program Director and Announcer for the Calvary Chapel Radio Ministry regional network based in Elizabeth City, NC. Darla’s hearts desire is to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to our listeners through the radio ministry—the hope of salvation to the lost, and the hope for living a joyful and victorious life to believers!
Jeff and Darla have three children: 22 year old Emily is an X-Ray and CT Technician; 19 year old Jeffrey is studying Mechanical Design Technologies at Western Technical College in La Crosse, and works at Mathews, Inc. 15 year old Matthew is a sophomore at Coulee Christian School in West Salem.
James Abbott
Music Director
James has been a musician for the past forty years, playing piano and keyboards. He has also worked in music production for 20 years, as music arranger and producer, and has served as Worship Leader for 15 years in various churches in Wisconsin and Houston, Texas. James’ desires to be effective in leading people to Jesus Christ, and to leave a lasting impression of God’s love. As Prayz Network Music Director, James combines his musical gifts and ministry heart. He also keeps the station stocked up on a variety of Keurig Coffees and Chocolate!

The Prayz Network is a non-commercial, listener-supported radio ministry, with full-power station, WTPN-103.9 fm, Westby, Wisconsin, and translator station K250AX-97.9 fm, La Crosse, Wisconsin. A second full-power station, WEQS-89.3 fm, Sparta, Wisconsin, is expected to go on the air in the spring of 2012. Studios are located in Sparta, Wisconsin at 2409 S. Black River Street, Suite B.
